Terms of Service

The terms under which ORVYNEX POS is provided.

Last updated September 2026.

1. The service

ORVYNEX POS is a hosted business management platform provided by ORVYNEX. Access is granted to an organisation, and that organisation's administrators create and manage the user accounts within it.

2. Accounts

Accounts are provisioned by ORVYNEX on request; there is no self-service signup. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, for keeping credentials confidential, and for the actions taken by users of your organisation.

3. Subscriptions

Access is subject to an active subscription. Plans are offered on a monthly, yearly or one-time lifetime basis, and each plan carries limits — such as the number of branches, users and products — and a set of modules. Those limits are enforced by the application.

If a subscription lapses, operational modules stop accepting new work. Signing in, viewing your subscription and renewing remain available, so an expired account is never locked out of its own renewal.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • attempt to access data belonging to another organisation;
  • probe, scan or test the security of the service without written permission;
  • use the service to store or transmit unlawful content;
  • interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure;
  • resell or sublicense access without agreement.

5. Your data

The business data you enter remains yours. We process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you enter, including any personal data about your own customers.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and to give notice of planned maintenance where practical. We do not publish an availability guarantee that is not backed by a written service level agreement; if you require one, discuss it with us before committing.

7. Support

Support is provided through the channels agreed with your organisation. Requests relating to your account should come from one of its administrators.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access where a subscription has lapsed, where these terms are breached, or where continued access presents a security risk. You may end your use of the service in accordance with your agreement with us.

9. Changes to the service

The platform is actively developed. Features may be added or improved, and where a change materially affects how you use the service we will give reasonable notice.

10. Liability

The service is provided on the terms agreed with your organisation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact form.
